Directors provided by Atlas work with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Instructions are only acted upon at the request of the customer (professional intermediary) and subject to the approval of the Director. Any request for information from third parties is immediately passed to our customer for further instructions.
The prime advantage of this service is to place the "management and control" issue firmly outside a high tax jurisdiction. Additional benefits include anonymity of the ultimate owners, which may be of particular importance when transacting business with competitors.
Atlas Corporate Services can provide Professional Director Services to professional intermediaries, subject to completion of due diligence procedures. When providing professional director services, Atlas expects the customers to work closely with Atlas in minimising the misuse of such services by the ultimate clients.
Corporate Directors / Secretary / Shareholders (top)
Atlas Corporate Services has three Nevis registered corporate directors that are fully owned and controlled by Atlas and can act as a corporate officer (above terms apply). Each Company Holds a Bank Account making Bank References possible.
We have numerous clients who have taken advantage of these services. Atlas staff act as trustees to manage and control settlements on behalf of beneficiaries. Atlas Corporate Services can also provide professional administration for established trusts.
Trustees provided by Atlas work with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Any request for information from third parties is immediately passed to our customer for further instructions.
Signatures of our in-house officers can be notarised and apostilled within 48 hours of request. The apostilles comply with the Hague Convention on Apostillia.
Where a country is not a signatory to the Hague Convention on Apostillia, Atlas can arrange for the signatures of our in-house officers to be legalised by the relevant Embassy or Consulate.
Secretarial Services – Preparation of Corporate Documents (top)
Using our vast library of standard documents, Atlas can prepare company documents according to your requirements, including Board Minutes, Share Certificates, specific Powers of Attorney, nominee documents, Deeds of Trust, Stock Transfer Forms, Statutory Registers and standard agreements plus many more.
Same Day Turnaround of Documents (top)
One of the main aims of Atlas is to provide a fast and efficient service. We understand the importance to our customers of returning documents promptly, duly executed and completed as required.
Our staff are at your disposal 11 hours a day to answer customer queries regarding documents and our other services. We also have immediate access to associated lawyers and accountants who can assist and advise on technical matters at short notice, where required by our customer and / or Atlas. This gives Atlas the ability to usually vet, process and return documents by regular mail the same day of receipt with no extra charge to the customer. Please see our Schedule of Charges for the return of documents by Express Post or Courier.
Our main office in Dubai is open from 6am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday, UK Bank holidays.
Registered Office, Mail Forwarding. (top)
Atlas can provide Registered Office and Mail forwarding facilities in many of the major offshore and onshore jurisdictions. In particular, we can offer prestigious addresses in the UK, Cyprus, Ireland and Nevis. For other jurisdictions please contact our Dubai office for availability.
When using our mail forwarding service, all correspondence is forwarded to an address specified by the customer. Correspondence will be forwarded to our customers either daily, weekly or monthly by post, Express Mail or Courier, according to the customer's requirements.
Staff Languages / Translation of Documents (top)
Atlas consider language skills to be an important asset in the ever shrinking global economy. We currently employ staff fluent in English, French, Russian and Greek.
Translation of documents can be provided to / from English > Russian > Ukrainian > German > French > Dutch > Greek
A Board Room is available for customers wishing to hold meetings. In addition we can arrange the following to complement the Board Room facilities:-

Opening of Bank Accounts (top)
Atlas Corporate Services have arrangements and contacts with grade A banks and can assist customers with the opening of corporate bank accounts in several jurisdictions worldwide. All of the banks are based in politically and economically stable countries and exercise non-disclosure of banking information to outside tax authorities / other countries / third parties, subject to the relevant legislation at the time. On the proviso that Atlas receive adequate due diligence and supporting transaction invoices we can provide professional directors as signatories to bank accounts.
We can assist with opening bank accounts in Dubai, Cyprus, UK, USA, Guernsey and Ireland. The benefits include:-

Atlas can arrange for the preparation of Audited Accounts within Cyprus, Dubai The UK and Ireland to comply with statutory filing obligations within these countries. All accounts are prepared by a qualified auditor.
All of our in-house officers are experienced travellers and can provide a professional image to your client's company. Subject to reasonable notice, our staff can travel worldwide to represent your client's company in a professional, yet friendly manner. A daily rate plus reasonable expenses apply and are detailed in our Price Schedule.
Online Statement and Billing (top)
Atlas are constantly seeking to improve and develop and to give customers the best service possible. We are pleased to announce the launch of our secure online section available to registered customers.
Each customer statement is available for viewing and printing to allow customers to keep track of their outstanding invoices with Atlas. We shortly hope to make available an online credit card payment facility.
Online Document Tracking (top)
We are pleased to announce the launch of our secure online section available to registered customers.
All documents received and despatched by Atlas are logged on our secure website. Each customer can only access those pages relevant to the customer and can view the received date, despatch date and document description for all documents processed by our offices. Airway bill numbers are available where documents are returned by Express Mail or Courier.
Each customer can check through their secure access link those Atlas employees that are away from the office on business or holiday, and their expected return date.
Many customers regularly request information on the various in-house officers. We are now pleased to provide basic information on our staff through our secure website. For each member of staff you will find a photograph, their address, their role in Atlas and other basic personal information frequently required on bank forms etc
All Due Diligence forms can be downloaded as PDF files making Due Diligence procedures simple and straight forward. These forms are only available to registered customers through our secure web site.
We are continually asked to provide ancillary services that are specific to a jurisdiction, or outside the scope of Atlas. On these occasions we are pleased to put our customers in contact with each other where we know one customer can be of assistance to the other. To automate this method of introduction, we are pleased to note the services that you can provide for each jurisdiction on our website, Client Intro.
