Atlas specialises in the provision of professional directors and shareholders, company secretaries, managers and other officers, including trustees, registered agents and representatives. Through our reputation of trust and confidentiality with our partners, Atlas has grown to become the largest provider of these services with approximately 15 staff from a range of locations. Atlas Corporate Services has three Nevis registered corporate directors that are fully owned and controlled by Atlas and can act as a corporate officer (above terms apply).
Professional officers provided by Atlas work with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. Instructions are only acted upon at the request of the customer and subject to the approval of the officer. Any request for information from third parties is immediately passed to our customer for further instructions.
When providing professional officers, Atlas expects professional partners to work closely with Atlas in minimising the misuse of such services by the ultimate clients. Each project is undertaken following the completion of the necessary due diligence procedures.
