Pricing Policy
By conducting business with Atlas you enter into a partnership based on superior service and execution. We have ensured that this is a feature from start to finish when taking on new custom. It is our commitment to agree fees with clients prior to the acceptance of new assignments, confirmed by way of contract.
We have attempted to make our fee structure as transparent as possible. Generally, fees are divided into four components:
- Management Fees: Concerning the management and/or administration of offshore structures such as companies, trusts and foundations. These fees are agreed prior to undertaking any assignments, via an hourly or fixed rate.
- Annual Fees: For the provision of professional directors, trustees, secretaries and representatives
- Set up Fees: For the establishment of new offshore structures such as companies, trusts and foundations.
- Government Fees: For required filing costs upon incorporation, as well as annual taxes.
